The Murder of Tony Timpa

Tony Timpa wailed and pleaded for help more than 30 times as officers pinned his shoulders, knees and neck to the ground for over 13 minutes. After Timpa died, the officers mocked him because they thought he was napping. Timpa had called the police to come help him because he was afraid and suffering from depression and schizophrenia. 15 minutes later he was dead. Charges against all three officers were dropped.
