There is nothing in life quite as predictable as the unpredictable life-changing event.
From what I've learn so far the shooter obviously was planning this for a while per the girlfriend's report of him sending her back home for a visit & money to buy a house. He knew this would be worldwide news. I'm surprised he didn't leave a note .
